Birdseye Views, Inc. — a Delaware corporation. Last updated: June 29, 2026 · v1.0

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the Birdseye Views platform and related services (the "Service") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version applies to your use of the Service.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
  • infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt or harm systems or data;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks, or circumvent any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or access controls;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under an authorized, coordinated disclosure process (see our Information Security Policy);
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • copy, scrape, or harvest data from the Service other than your own Customer Data through supported means, or place an unreasonable load on the Service; or
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in the Agreement.

2. Your data responsibilities

  • You must have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit or connect the Customer Data you provide, and to grant the license in the Terms of Service.
  • You must not upload or connect data that you are not authorized to share.
  • You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws in connection with Customer Data, including providing any required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, the individuals whose information you submit, and meeting your own obligations under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and consumer-protection and privacy laws that apply to your business.
  • You must not submit special categories of data (such as government-issued identifiers or health information) unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Acceptable use of AI features

The Service may include AI-assisted features that generate insights, summaries, or recommendations. When using these features, you:

  • must not submit data you are not authorized to process;
  • must apply human review and your own judgment before acting on AI-generated output, which may be incomplete or inaccurate; and
  • must not use the Service, or its output, to develop or train a competing product or model.

4. Fair use and rate limits

We may apply reasonable usage and rate limits to protect the stability, security, and availability of the Service for all customers. You must not take actions that interfere with these limits or with other customers' use of the Service.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this Policy or suspected abuse of the Service, contact us at info@birdseyeviews.com.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may take action including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating access, and removing offending content, as we reasonably determine appropriate and consistent with the Terms of Service. Where practical we will provide notice, but we may act immediately to address security risks, legal violations, or harm to the Service or others.
