Use Refer and Earn

What you will accomplish

You will copy your referral link and interpret the statuses shown for referrals and credit.

Who can do this

Eligible customer workspaces can show Refer & Earn $500. Internal workspaces do not show this destination.

Before you start

Read the current program terms on the page. The page, not this guide, is authoritative for eligibility and credit timing.

Share a referral

1. Open the account menu.
2. Select Refer & Earn $500.
3. Read the current eligibility and reward terms.
4. Select the copy action for your referral link.
5. Share the link with the intended business contact.

Read status

1. Return to Refer and Earn.
2. Review the listed referral status.
3. Distinguish pending activity from earned or applied credit using the labels on the page.

Expected result: the copied link contains your referral code, and referrals Birdseye has attributed to you appear with their current status.

Troubleshooting and recovery

• The menu item is missing: the workspace may be internal or otherwise ineligible.
• A referral is not listed: confirm that the recipient used your link, then contact Support.
• Credit timing is unclear: use the current page terms or ask Support; do not infer a payment date.
