Use the Home dashboard

What you will accomplish

You will read Home in context and move from a summary to the underlying work.

Who can do this

All signed-in roles can use Home. Cards vary with access, data, vertical, and enabled features.

Before you start

Confirm the active workspace and scope in the header. A KPI is a key performance indicator calculated from connected records.

Read Home

1. Select Home.
2. Read the page's summary or briefing first.
3. Review goal and pace cards when present.
4. Review trends and KPI cards.
5. Review recent Signals and available track cards.
6. Select a card's available link to open the corresponding track, View, goal, or Signal.

Expected result: the destination keeps enough context for you to investigate the number or item.

Validate a surprising number

1. Recheck the active scope.
2. Read the card's date or range.
3. Open the linked track or View.
4. Compare its range and filters with Home.
5. Inspect records before drawing a conclusion.

Troubleshooting and recovery

• A card is empty: the range may contain no eligible records, or the track may not be connected.
• A teammate sees a different Home: compare role, scope, track access, and personal KPI customization.
• A value differs from Views: align scope, range, filters, and metric definition.
