Use Workflow and record details on mobile

What you will accomplish

You will find a workflow record, inspect it, and move it when the native screen permits.

Who can do this

iOS and Android users with Workflow access can view records. Moving requires edit permission and an allowed transition.

Before you start

Confirm the workspace and current record stage.

Find a workflow record

1. Tap Workflow.
2. Tap the intended workflow track.
3. Expand the station that contains the record.
4. Use available search or filters.
5. Tap the record.
6. Read its detail and current stage.

Move the record

1. On the record detail, tap the move action when present.
2. Tap the destination station.
3. Enter any required information.
4. Tap the confirmation action once.
5. Wait for the destination stage to appear.

If the action or station is absent, the user may be read-only, the transition may be disallowed, or required configuration may be missing.

Expected result: an allowed move updates the record's stage after the service confirms it; otherwise the record remains in its prior stage and the app preserves the available state.

Troubleshooting and recovery

• A record disappears after a move: return to Workflow and expand the destination station.
• A move fails: refresh the record and check whether another user moved it.
• Detail is incomplete: use the web record page for any web-only fields or actions.
